Quick answer
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for parts that are uninstalled and in original condition. A 25% restocking and handling fee applies on most eligible returns, and return freight is the customer's responsibility unless we authorize a warranty replacement or cover freight for our error.

- Part is unopened or uninstalled and in resalable condition
- Return initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Part was not ordered incorrectly due to customer error or misdiagnosis

When restocking does not apply
- We shipped the wrong part due to our error — contact us immediately
- Clear freight damage in transit — separate freight damage review (not standard 25% return path)
Non-refundable situations
- Installed parts (except approved warranty claims)
- Parts ordered incorrectly due to customer error
- Parts ordered based on a misdiagnosed vehicle issue
- Deposits unless otherwise stated in writing
Exchanges
If an exchange is authorized, the part must be returned in the same assembled condition as shipped.
Wrong part from Expedia Parts
If we shipped the wrong part due to our error, contact us immediately — we will make it right. Restocking and return freight are not charged to you when we caused the error.
Freight damage (not a standard return)
Cosmetic wear on used units, dirty packaging, or scuffed POD containers with an intact part are not grounds to refuse delivery.
