What are the different shipping options, costs, and transit times?

All engines and transmissions ship via LTL/truck freight. Standard continental US rates: $299 commercial · $399 residential/liftgate. Remote ZIPs may cost more. We may offer terminal pickup when available to reduce residential freight.

• No parcel (UPS/FedEx) options for engines or transmissions
• Transit times exclude weekends and holidays and depend on stock and carrier routing
• Colorado, Utah, Montana, New York, Oregon, California, and other remote ZIPs may add freight surcharges — shown at checkout when applicable

To save on residential delivery, we may arrange pickup at a freight terminal near you when the carrier and route allow it. Contact us before your order ships if you want to explore terminal pickup.

• Inspect before signing the delivery receipt

1. Inspect crate, pallet, POD, and visible surfaces before you sign 2. Take photos of clear transit damage (cracked block/case, crush damage, leak from impact, broken crate — not dirt or normal used cosmetic wear alone) 3. Contact us immediately with order number and photos

Do not refuse delivery because a used unit looks dirty or POD packaging is scuffed while the part appears intact — you may be responsible for redelivery costs.
