Return Timeline
You have 30 days from your delivery date to return your old Reviva engine core.
How to Return the Core
1. After your new Reviva engine is installed by a licensed shop, prepare the old engine core for return. 2. Use the return label provided with your order. If you need freight pickup assistance, contact us. 3. Ensure the core is complete before packaging. 4. Ship the core back within 30 days.
Core Condition Requirements
To qualify for a full deposit refund, your Reviva engine core must be:
- Complete — all major internal components intact
- Rebuildable — no damage that would prevent the core from being remanufactured
- Not disassembled without authorization
Refund Processing
Once your core is received and inspected at the Reviva remanufacturing facility, your deposit refund will be issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
