Return Timeline
You have 30 days from your delivery date to return your Chevrolet Performance engine core.
How to Return the Core
1. After your new Chevrolet Performance engine is professionally installed, prepare your old engine core for return. 2. Use the return label provided with your order. Contact us if you need to schedule a freight pickup. 3. Package the core securely for freight shipment. 4. Ship the core back within 30 days of delivery.
Core Condition Requirements
To qualify for a full core deposit refund, the Chevrolet Performance engine core must be:
- Complete — all internal components present (block, heads, rotating assembly)
- Not disassembled — the core must not have been taken apart without authorization
- Free of damage that would prevent it from being remanufactured
Refund Processing
Your core deposit refund is processed within 3–5 business days after the core is received and inspected at the facility. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
