How do remanufactured core returns work?

Remanufactured engines and transmissions require return of your old core (core charge may apply).

You typically have 30 days to return the core. Contact us if you need an extension before the window expires.

Minor damage may still be acceptable — contact support with photos before shipping.

Use the core return instructions on your order confirmation or contact customer service to schedule freight pickup.
