Why a Physical Address Is Required
Engines and transmissions are large, heavy freight items that ship via LTL/truck freight carrier. Freight carriers require a physical street address for delivery — they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
What Address to Use
When placing your order, please provide one of the following:
- A commercial street address (business, shop, or warehouse) — standard $299 freight rate applies
- A residential street address — $398 rate applies (includes liftgate service if needed)
Make sure someone will be available at the delivery address to sign for the shipment, as a signature is required upon delivery.
