Our remanufactured engines are shipped as long block assemblies. Here's exactly what's in the box and what you'll need to transfer or purchase separately.
INCLUDED IN THE LONG BLOCK
- Engine block
- Crankshaft
- Cylinder head(s)
- Camshaft
- Valve train
- Gaskets
- Oil pump
NOT INCLUDED — TRANSFER FROM YOUR OLD ENGINE
The following external components are not part of the long block. You'll transfer them from your old engine or source them separately:
- Oil pan
- Valve covers
- Timing covers
- Intake manifold
- Starter motor
- Alternator
- AC compressor
- Power steering pump
OPTIONAL ENGINE INSTALLATION KIT
We offer an optional Engine Installation Kit at an additional cost. It includes filters, tune-up items, belts, hoses, a water pump, and a thermostat — everything you'll want fresh when installing a remanufactured engine. Ask us about it when you place your order.
