Return Timeline
You have 30 days from your delivery date to return the old CVC torque converter core.
How to Return the Core
1. After your new CVC torque converter is installed, set aside the old unit for return. 2. Use the return label provided with your order. If you need to schedule a pickup, contact us. 3. Ensure the torque converter is complete and properly packaged. 4. Ship or arrange pickup within 30 days.
Core Condition Requirements
To receive your full core deposit refund, the CVC torque converter must be:
- Complete — intact, with no missing parts
- Undamaged — no damage that would prevent it from being rebuilt
Refund Processing
Once your core is received and inspected, your deposit refund will be issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
