Return Timeline
You have 30 days from your delivery date to return your UMC ReTech core.
How to Return the Core
1. After your new part is installed, set aside the old UMC ReTech core for return. 2. Use the return label provided, or contact us to arrange a freight pickup. 3. Make sure all components are included with the core. 4. Ship or arrange pickup within 30 days of your delivery date.
Core Condition Requirements
To qualify for a full deposit refund, the UMC ReTech core must be:
- Complete — no missing parts or components
- Rebuildable — in a condition that allows it to be remanufactured
Refund Processing
Your full core deposit refund will be issued within 3–5 business days after the core is received and passes inspection at the facility. The refund goes to your original payment method.
