Return Timeline
You have 30 days from your delivery date to return your ATS Diesel Performance core.
How to Return the Core
1. After your new ATS Diesel Performance part is installed, set aside the old core for return. 2. Use the provided return label to ship the core back. If you need a freight pickup arranged, contact us. 3. Ensure all components are included with the unit before packaging. 4. Ship the core back within 30 days.
Core Condition Requirements
To qualify for a full refund, your ATS Diesel core must be:
- Complete — all major internal and external components present
- Rebuildable — no catastrophic damage or unauthorized disassembly
Refund Processing
Your core deposit refund will be issued within 3–5 business days after the core is received and inspected at the facility, to your original payment method.
