Return Timeline
You have 30 days from your delivery date to return the BD Diesel core.
How to Return the Core
1. After your new BD Diesel part is installed, prepare the old core for return. 2. Use the return label provided with your order to ship the core back. 3. Ensure all components are intact and included before packaging. 4. Ship the core back within 30 days.
Core Condition Requirements
To qualify for a full deposit refund, the BD Diesel core must be:
- Complete — all major components intact and included
- Not disassembled without authorization — the unit should not have been taken apart
- Free of excessive damage that would prevent it from being rebuilt
Refund Processing
Once your core is received and inspected at the BD Diesel facility, your deposit refund is issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
